SMCT Travel Group acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for:

Acts or omissions of third parties
Injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience during travel
Changes in travel requirements (e.g., COVID-19 protocols)

Failure to make full payment by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any paid deposits.

2. Cancellations by the Client

If you need to cancel your booking:

Administrative fees may be deducted from any refund granted.

3. Cancellations or Changes by SMCT Travel Group

If we must cancel or significantly change a booked service due to unforeseen circumstances:

Personalized bookings made on your behalf (e.g., custom itineraries, VIP bookings)

Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
