  • We are not liable for delays or modifications caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.

SMCT Travel Group acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third parties
     
  • Injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience during travel
     
  • Changes in travel requirements (e.g., COVID-19 protocols)

  • Failure to make full payment by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any paid deposits.
     

2. Cancellations by the Client

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • Administrative fees may be deducted from any refund granted.

3. Cancellations or Changes by SMCT Travel Group

If we must cancel or significantly change a booked service due to unforeseen circumstances:
